Canadian Cemetery - Beny sur Mer

Sitting among the maple trees, the Canadian Cemetery at Beny sur Mer is the resting place of 2048 graves.  These young men gave their all on D Day and the early part of The Normandy Campaign. Today, from the viewing towers you can see the landing beaches and the area fought over by the Canadians
