It was with great honor that I accepted an invitation to give a talk about the D-Day landings and the Battle of Normandy to the Family of Brigadier MacIntosh-Walker, one of the highest ranking British officers killed in Normandy, and the people of Baron sur Odon, near Hill 112. The talk took place in the church with locals and family ,The Maire and Family giving speaches outside where there is a beautiful monument to the Brigadier
