Operation Goodwood 18th July 1944. Follow the progress of the 11th Armoured Division , followed by the Guards Armoured Division , plus supporting Divisions, as they battled their way From Escoville towards the Bourguebus Ridge and the Caen/Falaise plain. Operation Goodwood suffered the largest loses in tanks of any of the Allied battles in Normandy. The tour will start in Escoville and work its way through Cuverville, Demouville, Le Mesnil Frementel, Cagny, Soliers, Hubert Folie and Bourguebus.
